Founded in Matsuyama, Japan, Shugetsu now operates more than 15 branches worldwide, including Hong Kong, Slovakia, the United States and the United Kingdom.  Every bowl in Thailand reflects our commitment to all-natural, premium ingredients, with no chemical additives or MSG. Our signature flavor comes from the renowned “Kazita” soy sauce from Ehime Prefecture, crafted through 140 years of tradition and aged in wooden barrels for at least 18 months, creating the deep, balanced umami that defines Shugetsu ramen.
